WAIVER IS REQUIRED We require that each team participating bring a completed waiver to be submitted
at the time of registration. You can download the waiver from our web-site here:

NOW Unfortunately, we have a NO Waiver NO Games policy, so please remember to have this
with you to register your team the morning of the tournament.
REGISTRATION PROCESS
PLEASE FOLLOW THIS PROCESS TO ENSURE YOUR TEAM IS REGISTERED AND READY TO PLAY
As in past years, only ONE representative for each team is required to check your
team in for the tournament.
At this time, you will need to give our volunteers the following information:
1. Completed Medical Waiver
2. Any additional donations for your fundraising efforts
You will receive the following materials in your team folder:
* Player Wristbands - your players will need these on at all times during the tournament
to participate
* Team Schedule - 3 per team
* Tournament Rules
* Field Map
You will NOT be required to present proof of age at this time. However, each player
must have proof of age (Player Card or Copy of Birth Certificate) with the coach
or team representative throughout the tournament. If your team is found not to
have this information, you will unfortunately be disqualified from the tournament.
Please help to ensure your team is prepared as this will help our registration process
run smoothly and more more quickly again this year.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
If by chance there is inclement weather prior to the tournament beginning, we will
be sending out updates via e-mail to the main contacts we received during the on-line
registration process. These e-mail updates will only be sent if there is serious
weather in the area.
Since Schaumburg has installed the synthetic fields, we will be playing RAIN or
SHINE. The only times we will delay the tournament is for lightning and/or thunder.
If you do not have access to e-mail, you may also contact us on 773-615-9432 to
confirm status of the start of the tournament.
