Care Program
This
year, in addition to our traditional sponsorship
avenues, we are offering our corporate partners
a unique sponsorship opportunity which we
call the "Companies Care Program"
Here's
how it works. Your company donates the registration
cost for a block of either 5, 10 or 15 teams,
with each team consisting of 5 players.
For this, your company will be recognized
on all marketing material - print, web,
and on our T-shirts which will be given
to all players.
As
an added benefit to your company, these
slots will be reserved specifically for
your use. Having spoken with several companies
to crystallize this idea, below are several
options which we feel most companies would
be interested in:
1. First and foremost, we recommend offering
these slots to employees and their children
- not only do employees and their children
receive a benefit in participating in the
tournament, but it lets your company publicly
communicate that you care not only about
the bottom line, but the community in which
you work
2. Secondly, you can offer these slots to
clients and their children. The benefits
are the same as in the first option, but
your company gets the added benefit of offering
your clients something a bit more than just
tickets to another sporting or music event.
3. Finally, these slots can be donated to
local Boys & Girls clubs, Park Districts,
or other organizations which help youths
participate in sports.
The
blocks of teams can be filled in any way
you would like and you are certainly not
limited to the three options above.
If
you are interested in this sponsorship opportunity,
we ask that you act quickly with your donation
as there are a limited number of spots within
the Companies Care Program. You may then
provide the final list of teams and participants
by the June 24th deadline. Donations for
the blocks are as follows:
$550 = 5 teams
$1,050 = 10 teams
$1,500 = 15 teams
These prices are at a premium to the single
registration price of $95 for the following
cost considerations:
A. Your corporate name and logo will appear
on all marketing materials promoting the
tournament
B. Special signage will be given at the
tournament to all of our Companies Care
Program participants
Your
company will receive recognition as a sponsor
by having your name and logo displayed on
various signage, printed pieces, advertising
and publicity connected with the event.
As in the past, the tournament will receive
a wide range of publicity through Kicks
4 Cancer's efforts with Bear Necessities
Pediatric Cancer Foundation, Public Service
Announcements, and regional soccer organizations.
