DATE: Saturday, July 20th (One day tournament)
COST: $150 per 6 player team
FORMAT: 3v3 (3 on field with max of 3 subs for a total of 6 players max per team)
AGE GROUPS: U9 – U14 (See below for more details)
GAME & FIELD FORMAT: 40 Yards Long x 30 Yards Wide, Goals are 6 feet wide x 4 feet high, Game Duration = TWO 12 minute halves with a 2 minute halftime

PROCEEDS TO BENEFIT BOTH BEAR NECESSITIES AND TWELVE OAKS FOUNDATION
1 Bear Necessities Pediatric Cancer Foundation, Inc. (BNPCFI) is a 501(c)(3) organization founded in late 1992 by Kathleen A. Casey, President. The foundation is named in memory of her eight year old son, Barrett "Bear" Krupa, who died after a courageous five and a half year battle with Wilms Tumor, a pediatric cancer. 3

Julie and Steve Hupp started the 12 Oaks Foundation in memory of their son Matt whom they lost to cancer at age 13. In gratitude to the community that helped them through it all, 12 Oaks provides grants to families in need so that their kids won’t miss the chance to follow their dreams through the activities they love.

Every child should have the opportunity to participate in activities that build esteem and character. But sports and other activities cost money. And for families going through hard times, these expenses must often be cut from the family budget. Our mission is to provide financial grants to those families.
